Excellent Organisation

No other manufacturer can match BSH Appliance Care service network. Over 300 full-time, product trained service engineers operate in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, coordinated from our head office in Milton Keynes. Each has their own fully-equipped service van to carry out home visits by appointment and are constantly tracked for exact location using one of the most efficient computer controlled service systems in the country.
 

Excellent Response Times

Nothing annoys customers more than having to wait for their appliances to be fixed and back in working order. That's why BSH Appliance Care introduced an overnight 'in the boot' component delivery to all our service vehicles. Now our engineers always arrive with the right spare part in the van and can resolve over 90% of problems on the first visit. Who else does so much to ensure such fast response time with so little inconvenience to the customer?

At BSH Appliance Care customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. Rather than sit on our laurels, we regularly ask customers what they think of our service, using telephone surveys and written questionnaires to talk to over 20,000 of our customers, we discovered that a massive 90% think we are doing a good job.
